DRAFT / AWAITING LEGAL REVIEW

Privacy notice

Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, your email address, subject and message are sent through the Synapex email service to tony@synapex.io so the team can respond. Sender identity is configured by Synapex, not taken from your address. Sent messages may be retained in the team's email system. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.

Estimate follow-up

When you verify your email and agree to request a discussion, Synapex stores your name, email, optional company and phone details, follow-up notes and a snapshot of your estimate in its database. A PDF bearing an estimate ID is prepared for you and the configured Synapex estimates coordinator. Authorised administrators may review these records and prepare separate draft quotes. Email acceptance and failures are recorded separately from the saved estimate. Retention periods and deletion procedures must be confirmed in the final privacy policy; contact tony@synapex.io with a privacy request.

Project discovery and AI assistance

Project drafts remain in page memory and are cleared when you leave or reload. They are not automatically saved to a Synapex account or submitted to our team. Selecting Ask AI sends the description you enter and the selected question, including its available choices, through Synapex's SimplePrompt service to its configured OpenAI provider. Other draft answers and change history are not sent with that request. Do not include confidential information, personal data, passwords or payment details. Provider processing and retention terms require confirmation in the final privacy notice. Applying an AI suggestion changes your local draft only.

Sample workspaces

Sample workspace changes and tool-finder answers remain in page memory. They are not saved to local storage or submitted to a server. Leaving or reloading the page clears them.

Hosting infrastructure may retain standard web access logs. A final privacy notice must confirm the operator, retention periods, hosting practices and applicable rights. For privacy enquiries, contact tony@synapex.io. No analytics or tracking integrations have been added to this frontend.
